ORDERING & PAYMENT
Orders can be placed online or via Click & Collect. Payment is accepted via major credit/debit cards. An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

DELIVERY & COLLECTION
We offer local delivery and Click & Collect from our Wallingford store. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. PC Technicians Limited is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
You may return most items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Opened software, custom builds, and hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. earphones) are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.

WARRANY & REPAIRS
All products come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty. Our repair services include a 30-day workmanship guarantee unless otherwise stated. Diagnostics are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for backing up data before repair.
