Walk-ins are welcome during business hours. For faster turnaround, you can also book a slot to pre-arrange drop-off and pickup.
How long do typical repairs take?
Most repairs are completed within 1–3 working days, depending on parts availability and complexity. We’ll always keep you updated and offer express options when available.
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes! For selected repairs, we offer same-day service – fast, friendly, and fuss-free. Just drop off your device between 8:30 and 13:00, and we’ll do our best to get it sorted the very same day. For urgent repairs, give us a call and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Can you recover data from a damaged or dead device?
We can! Our data recovery service handles everything from accidental deletion to failed hard drives and liquid damage. Whether it’s a laptop, desktop, or external drive, we’ll assess the situation and attempt recovery using professional-grade tools. If recovery isn’t possible in-house, we’ll advise on next steps with full transparency.
Do you repair gaming PCs and custom builds?

Can I reserve items online for Click & Collect?
Absolutely. Our Click & Collect service lets you reserve items online and pick them up in-store at your convenience. It’s fast, local, and hassle-free – perfect for grabbing essentials without the wait. Just look for the Click & Collect option at the online checkout.
Do you offer bundle deals for students or new users?
We do! Our Digital Starter Bundles and Back-to-School Prep packages are designed for students, first-time users, and anyone setting up a new device. Bundles include accessories, setup services, and optional add-ons – all at a discounted price. Ask in-store or check our seasonal promotions online.
Are your accessories eco-friendly or sustainably sourced?
Many of our accessories are chosen with sustainability in mind – from recycled materials to energy-efficient designs. We’re always expanding our eco-friendly range and clearly label products that meet our green standards. Plus, we offer recycling schemes for old tech and cartridges to help reduce waste.
Do you offer Same Day Delivery?
Yes – available Monday to Friday, 8:30–17:00 to all OX10 postcodes. Place your order online or in-store and select Same Day Delivery at checkout.
Payments & Returns
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, card payments, Google Pay & Apple Pay in-store. For online purchases, we securely process all major credit and debit card payments through our website.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes – we offer PC Technicians gift cards in a range of values, ideal for birthdays, holidays, or just saying ‘thanks’. They can be used toward repairs, accessories, setup services, or anything in-store. Available to purchase in person or online. Tech support has never been a more thoughtful gift.
What is your return and refund policy?
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Do your in-store prices match your online prices?
All our prices in-store are matched with our online prices. Any promotions and discounts are also matched in-store with any online. We occasionally offer promotions and discounts online that may not be advertised in-store but these promotions and discounts will be honoured. Please note that offers can be subject to change at any time and we are not liable for honouring a discount after the promotion has ended.
Recycling & Sustainability
Can I recycle old electronics or printer cartridges with you?
Yes, bring in your old cartridges and equipment. Our recycling program makes it easy to dispose of used ink cartridges, unwanted computers, accessories, and small electronics. We ensure every item is recycled or repurposed through trusted partners, helping reduce e-waste and protect the environment.
Is there a limit to how much I can drop off?
We welcome all contributions to our recycling scheme, but for larger quantities – like multiple devices or bulk cartridge drop-offs – we kindly ask you to contact us first. This helps us manage space and ensure proper handling. Whether it’s one item or a boxful, we’re here to help you recycle responsibly.
