We will collect your printer carry out the diagnosis and then contact you with a quotation for the repair.
ONSITE - £65.00
We will come to you and carry out the diagnosis at your home or workplace to determine what the problem is.

Printers are so cheap wouldn’t it be cheaper just to buy a new one?
Printers range from £30 to more than £400, but a decent printer will last you years when a cheap one generally will only last a matter of months.
How long will the diagnostics take?
Unfortunately it is hard to tell without knowing the actual fault, but our average printer diagnosis is 2-4 working days.
