In most cases your broadband stops working and your broadband provider is unable to help you as the problem is with your computer or equipment and not with the broadband connection itself. We can help by carrying out diagnostic checks, speaking to your service provider and supplying and installing new equipment if necessary.

Why don't broadband companies handle Wi-Fi problem issues?
Their support staff are only trained to deal with common wireless equipment difficulties connecting to the Wi-Fi built into their own broadband router. In general, broadband suppliers will be unable to help if you are using a different router to the one they supplied, e.g. to reach a wider area in your house or any other device not provided by them (repeaters, signal boosters, or powerline adapters)
I've installed new equipment but it hasn't made things better, why not?
In most cases the equipment isn’t setup right. This is especially the case for powerline adapters which work simply & reliably but can often be difficult to install.
Do you offer a warranty for this service?
Yes, we offer a 12 months warranty for the repair.
Is there anything I can do to minimise wireless interference?
Unfortunately there are many sources of interference including microwave ovens, wireless speakers, computer monitors and cordless phones. A device’s location and building construction materials can also affect Wi-Fi performance. If possible, avoid barriers or change the placement of your Wi-Fi device for a clearer signal path.
What is wireless and Wi-Fi broadband?
They are the same thing. It’s simply an internet connection without wires. You can do everything that you would do directly plugged in to a router at home or in your workplace.
